Two dealcoholized wines, made in Germany. Less than 0.5% alc./vol.

Small range, on purpose. We'd rather make two wines properly than eight adequately.

Both are fermented as conventional wine before the alcohol is removed by vacuum distillation — the method invented in Germany in 1908 and still the best there is.
