Two dealcoholized wines, made in Germany. Less than 0.05% alc./vol.
Small range, on purpose. We'd rather make two wines properly than eight adequately.
Both are fermented as conventional wine before the alcohol is removed by vacuum distillation, the method invented in Germany in 1908 and still the best there is.

How they're made
Wine first
Grapes grown, pressed and fermented the conventional way. Fermentation is where the character comes from.
Dealcoholized under vacuum
The alcohol comes out afterwards, at low temperature, so the aromatics survive intact.
Made in Germany
Where the method was invented in 1908, and still done best.
