Named for what you'll smell, not what's in it: fine bubbles carrying lychee and white blossom, and a creamy weight that most sparkling wines at this alcohol level never manage.
Fermented as wine, then dealcoholized under vacuum using the German method, low and slow, so the florals make it through. The result is generous rather than thin, which is the hard part.
Open it when something's happened. Or when nothing has, and it should.
