EPIK Sauvignon

Sauvignon Blanc

Dealcoholized white wine · Less than 0.5% alc./vol.

$32.00· 750 ml

Crisp, mineral and faintly green — Sauvignon doing what Sauvignon does, minus the part that makes tomorrow harder.

Grapes fermented into wine in the conventional way, then dealcoholized under vacuum at low temperature so the aromatics survive. What's left is bright, dry and properly structured. It behaves like wine at the table because it was wine first.

Pour it cold with oysters, spot prawns or a plate of goat's cheese. Or on a Tuesday, for no particular reason.
