EPIKNoLo Drink

Where flavours peak.

Dealcoholized wine from Germany — the country that invented it.

Less than 0.5% alc./vol. Made for the table, not the sidelines.

Wine, without the part you didn't want

In 1908, a German chemist worked out how to take the alcohol out of wine without taking the wine out of it. Vacuum distillation — remove the alcohol at 30°C instead of boiling it off at 78°C, and everything fermentation built survives the process.

A century later, Germany still does this better than anywhere else. That's where EPIK is made.

Real wine first. Grapes grown, pressed and fermented the conventional way, because fermentation is where wine gets its character. The alcohol comes out afterwards.

  • Dealcoholized — less than 0.5% alc./vol.
  • Made in Germany — where the method was invented
  • Built for the table — not a substitute, a choice

Made properly, or not at all

Wine first

Fermented conventionally before the alcohol is removed. Grape juice with flavouring is a different product with a similar description.

German method

Vacuum distillation, invented in Germany in 1908 and still the standard. Low temperature, aromatics intact.

The glass shouldn't decide who belongs

Most people not drinking at any given table aren't in recovery. They're pregnant, or driving, or on medication, or observing their faith, or training for something, or they slept badly and tonight isn't the night.

None of them want a conversation about it. All of them notice what's in the glass.

We made EPIK for that table — so the alternative is as considered as the wine, and nobody has to be the exception.
