These terms govern your purchase from epikdrinks.com, operated by All Callao Group Ltd. (Business Number 755630217), 7700 Hurontario St, #503 #2465, Brampton, ON L6Y 4M3.
1. Our products
EPIK Drinks sells dealcoholized wine. Our products contain 0.5% alcohol by volume or less.
They are not alcohol-free. If you avoid alcohol entirely — for medical, religious, personal or recovery reasons — please consider that trace amount and make the decision that's right for you. We'd rather be clear than gain a sale on ambiguity.
If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing a health condition, we recommend speaking with your healthcare provider before consuming any dealcoholized product.
2. Eligibility and territory
We sell and ship within British Columbia only. By ordering you confirm your shipping address is in BC.
Our products are intended for adult consumers. While dealcoholized products at this alcohol level are not regulated as liquor in British Columbia, we ask that orders be placed by persons of legal drinking age.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract forms when we send your shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or an address outside BC — and will refund you in full if we do.
4. Prices and taxes
Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude taxes and shipping, which are shown at checkout before you pay.
Our products are exempt from BC Provincial Sales Tax as food products for human consumption, as confirmed by the BC Ministry of Finance. 5% GST applies.
We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. By ordering you agree to Stripe's terms. We don't store your card details.
6. Shipping and risk
Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Returns policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
7. Returns
Set out in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under BC's Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act.
8. Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including tasting notes and nutritional information. Tasting notes are inherently subjective. Colours may render differently across screens. Nutritional values are based on laboratory analysis and may vary slightly between batches.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that can't lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the EPIK name, logo, text, images and design — belongs to All Callao Group Ltd. or our licensors, and may not be used without written permission.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
